Meet Our Chef
Introducing Chef Sai, a seasoned culinary expert with over 11 years of experience. His journey began with training at Park Hyatt, followed by a stint at Taj Falaknuma, honing his skills. Venturing abroad, he showcased his talent at a prestigious Michelin-starred restaurant in the Maldives for 3 years.
With a taste for diversity, Chef Sai then moved to Saudi Arabia, where he led as Executive Chef at the renowned Shababik Restaurant in a luxurious 5-star property.
Further enriching his repertoire, he spent 3 years at Cinnamon Kitchen in London, mastering his craft.
Now, Chef Sai brings his expertise to Avasa - Pan Asian Cuisine, promising a culinary experience that blends skill, innovation, and passion.
At Avasa, Chef Sai creates a variety of flavors inspired by his global culinary experiences. His perfectionism and dedication to creating memorable dining experiences.
Meet Our Manager
Akhil Yelle, a seasoned chef with 13+ years of experience, has made significant contributions to the culinary world. Starting at Leonia Holistic Destination and later refining his craft at Radisson Blu, he ventured internationally, serving as an executive chef at Alforsan International Sports Resorts in Abu Dhabi and various 5-star properties in Europe.
Returning to the US, he delved into entrepreneurship, launching successful restaurants across Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, and Mesa. Notably, he created Hyderabad Rasoi and Desi Fusion.
Presently, he continues to thrive with Masala Indian Cuisine and Biryani Cafe and is gearing up for the grand opening of Avasa - Pan Asian Cuisine.
Meet Our Founder
Avasa Pan Asian Cuisine is the brainchild of Keerthi Reddy. Gade, a Phoenix native with a deep-rooted love for the diverse and vibrant flavors of Asian cuisine. Keerthi’s culinary journey began in her own kitchen, where her passion for experimenting with different spices and ingredients from various Asian cultures led her to create unique and delightful dishes.
Her vision for Avasa was to create a place where people could experience the richness of Pan-Asian cuisine in a warm and welcoming environment. With a commitment to using the freshest ingredients and traditional cooking techniques, Keerthi has turned her dream into a reality, offering a menu that is as diverse and exciting as the continent itself.
